Ian Barbour — Founder, Air Force Veteran, 29 Years in the Trades
Ian Barbour served two years in Iraq with the U.S. Air Force before bringing that same discipline and attention to detail into the trades. With nearly three decades of hands-on experience, he founded Barbour Heating & Air in 2017 with a straightforward goal: give homeowners in Calhoun, Jackson, and the surrounding counties an HVAC and plumbing company they could actually trust.
That means showing up when we say we will, pricing jobs transparently before the work begins, and sending technicians who are EPA certified, licensed (#7115508), and accountable by name — not just by company van.

Office Manager
Angie has been our Office Manager here at Barbour Heating for over 5 years.
She is a key part in our day-to-day operations. She helps keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly, from coordinating schedules and supporting the technicians to making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
Angie takes pride in making sure every customer has a positive experience from the moment they contact us.
When Angie is not keeping the office running, she enjoys golfing, SXS riding, traveling to Traverse City, and spending time with her family and friends.
Zach
Service Tech & Installer
Zach has been a service technician for 11 years. He has been our lead service technician here at Barbour Heating for 3 years. He is highly skilled and has a strong passion for keeping our customers comfortable and their systems running efficiently.
As a leader on our service team, he takes pride in helping customers understand their HVAC systems and providing honest and dependable recommendations. He approaches every job with professionalism and care
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Mason is our newest HVAC apprentice, building valuable hands-on experience and training in the heating and air industry. With his commitment to learning and providing excellent customer service, we have no doubt he will become a successful HVAC professional.
He is always eager to learn something new and contribute to the team.
Outside of work, Mason enjoys working on and restoring vehicles, as well as spending time with his family.
